Born and raised in Astoria, Queens, Frank later moved to Long Island, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership and community involvement. He earned his bachelor’s degree with a specialization in marketing and advertising from Adelphi University, after completing his high school education at the New York Military Academy.

Frank held various leadership positions, including Manager of Enterprise Sales at Comcast Business, Branch Manager at Safe Haven Security Services (ADT), and multiple roles at Altice USA, where he managed indirect sales, MDU multifamily solutions, and direct sales over a span of 15 years. He also worked as a licensed real estate professional at CENTURY 21 and served as Director of Public Relations for The Hellenic Music Foundation, showcasing his dedication to community and cultural initiatives.

Frank’s career began at Skaggs-Walsh Inc., where he gained valuable experience in operations and direct sales. His expertise in strategic partnerships, marketing, and account management has been instrumental in his professional growth.
